Iowa’s oldest apple orchard comes to life in the fall! Besides picking your own apples, this farm offers a bakery made from scratch pies, donuts and cookies along with fresh apple cider donuts and apple cider slushies. You must try "the Queen's Apple." It’s a fresh picked, sliced apple, drizzled with homemade caramel, then topped with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, and your choice of peanuts, M & M's, Oreos, or Reece's Pieces topping!
Another highlight is the Appleberry Orchard Petting Farm located in their 1882, historic barn. Complete with windowed cupola, this historic barn is registered as a National Historic Site. Inside the barn, your family will find goats, pheasants, a miniature donkey, miniature pony, chickens, and albino Wallaby, Jasper. Also check out the FALL FUN ACTIVITIES such as corn hole, combine slide, pumpkin bowling, private fires, the pumpkin chunker, the corn maze, pig races, and so much more!

Relax under the wide-open fall hinterland sky as the cows graze and the sun sets and casts its golden hue on the fields. This event is September 22 & 23, 2023
