Come join us for the 41st Annual Bald Eagle Appreciation Days!
January 18, 2025 from 9am to 5pm at the First Christian Church. There will be the World Bird Sanctuary Live Raptor programs, ISU Insect Zoo (with a Pokemon & Bugs Session at 1pm), Rudy Vallejo (eagle dancer), conservation displays, Illiniwek Village displays, reptiles, Native American dancing, singing & storytelling, "The Journey of Richard Proenneke" session, many vendors, lunch & snacks, amateur and professional eagle photo contest, live eagle watching in their natural habitat along with bus tours to the live eagle sites! So many fun things to do at the Bald Eagle Appreciation Days! The photo contest winners will be announced at 1pm on Saturday, 01/19/25 at the Southside Boat Club.
