Iowa State University Extension and Outreach of Lee County is offering a Beginning Beekeeper Course every Thursday from February 6 to February 27, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, at the Lee County Extension Office in Donnellson, IA.

This 4-session course, open to anyone interested, will be taught by Southeast Iowa beekeeper Dave Tull. The Lee County Extension Office is excited to share Dave’s expertise to help new beekeepers get started.

Pre-registration is required, as the class fills up quickly. The course fee is $30 per person. Registration and payment will be accepted until the class reaches capacity or by Thursday, January 26, whichever comes first.
